“No signs” of change
CEO Alexander Wehrle from VfB Stuttgart assumes that striker Serhou Guirassy will also storm for the third-place team in the Bundesliga next year. Guirassy repeatedly emphasizes in conversations that he feels very comfortable at VfB, said Wehrle. “Serhou decided to join VfB Stuttgart in the summer, even though he had offers from clubs abroad where he could have earned significantly more money. He feels comfortable here with his family and plays an important role in the team. He really appreciates that,” explained the CEO.
Wehrle: Development with Hoeneß at VfB “a longer process”

Wehrle sees rumors of transfers surrounding the 41-year-old as an award for his work in Stuttgart. “He identifies 100 percent with VfB.
