Bath
A children’s pool stays clean longer if you throw in a special swimming pool sponge. It absorbs sunburn, skin fat and other floating ‘dirt’ that feed algae growth. Such a sponge can absorb his own weight on body oils and sunburn a number of times. If the sponge is saturated, you can squeeze it out, throw it in the washing machine and use it again.
Clean legs
In a small plastic inflatable bath with tap water, bacteria, algae and fungi can grow after a few days, especially if dirt comes into the water. You cannot completely prevent that, but by rinsing your feet before you step into the pool, the water stays fresh for longer. Put a large bucket or tub with clean water next to the pool and ask children to rinse their feet for swimming.

Cover
A children’s pool is not without a scoop net. Not only fun for the children to play with, but also useful to fish from the water, insects and other contamination from the water in between and at the end of the day. Cover the bath at the end of the day with a plate or a sail to prevent more pollution of the water.
