Next week, in the center of European Russia, temperatures are expected to rise by 8-10 degrees above normal and rain, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, reports “RIA News”.

“Starting from Monday (February 7) and until the end of the working week, the temperature will be very high: about 8 degrees, and on some days 10 degrees above average. Night temperatures are plus 1-6 degrees, daytime temperatures are around zero, and on some days up to plus 3 degrees,” Vilfand said.

During the week, according to his forecast, it will be cloudy and light rainfall. Moderate snow is expected on Tuesday (February 8) and Wednesday (February 9), with a chance of sleet.

In addition, Vilfand admitted that due to the zero temperature during the week, sleet is also possible.
