The body of a man in his seventies who may have been dead in his apartment for fifteen years has been found in the Spanish city of Valencia. The gruesome discovery in the La Fuensanta neighborhood happened after firefighters and police entered the sixth-floor apartment through a window. They were there to clean up the consequences of the floods, several local media report.
