The attack was committed by a 17-year-old boy. After his arrest, he said that earlier that day he set fire to a piece of wood at a nearby metro station. As a result of this incident, no one was injured.
The attacker also said that he had problems with his studies and lost the desire to live. The young man was not familiar with the victims of his attack.
