There will be around 225 residential units, supplemented with facilities such as a catering business, a youth stay, an event shed and a city park with a lot of attention for water and greenery. The neighborhood will focus strongly on soft mobility, with numerous walking and cycling paths.

According to Iris Bauwens of Ciril-Brocap, the existing context is respected: “For us it was important to find the relationship with the existing buildings on the site, but also more spacious. How can the site be a connecting link between the village and the Ryckeveldebos?”
