Belgium has “the frustrating feeling of not being heard” about the European plan to use frozen Russian state assets for Ukraine’s financial needs. However, Prime Minister Bart De Wever remains clear in his position. “We are not going to place a risk of hundreds of billions on Belgian shoulders. Not today, not tomorrow, never.”
