Polo G — “Barely Holdin’ On”

In Polo G’s new track “Barley Holdin’ On”, the rapper addresses the hurdles and problems of life. He combines rap with vocals on a rather calm and smooth beat. In the accompanying music video, Polo G sits down at the piano in a white suit and shows various protagonists who are currently having to overcome an obstacle in their lives through loss, addiction or illness.

Mike Will Made-It ft. Lil Uzi Vert — “Blood Moon”

After a three-year musical break, producer Mike Will Made-It is back for the first time with “Blood Moon”. On a signature Mike Will Made-It sound, Lil Uzi Vert raps about his possessions and success. However, behind the beat is not only the 34-year-old, but also J. Cole, whom he brought in as co-producer for the track.

Quavo — ROCKET POWER

Almost ten months after the death of his nephew and former Migos member Takeoff, Quavo released his album ROCKET POWER, in which he pays homage to him. In addition to well-known rap personalities such as Young Thug, Future and Baby Drill, Takeoff is also represented on the 18 tracks. At the end of the album opener he says, among other things: “Do the sh** for the family, because the sh** is bigger than me.” Also on tracks like “Patty Cake” and “Back Where It Begins”. featuring Future the late rapper’s voice can be heard.
