Post Malone is back. The rapper and singer has developed into one of the most versatile musicians of our time in the last seven years. His mix of hip-hop, R’n’B and trap has earned him a permanent spot on the Billboard charts and multiple Grammy nominations.
His fifth album, Austin, was released on July 28th and Malone reinvented himself once again. Supported by producers like Andrew Watt (Miley Cyrus, Cardi B, among others), he turned away from rap and devoted himself to a sound that moves between synth pop and alternative rock. The singles “Chemical”, “Mourning” and “Overdrive” gave a first foretaste.
With “Austin”, Post Malone made it straight into the Billboard 200 for the fifth time. For the associated tour, he visited Germany in spring 2023 in Cologne.
