One each of two DVDs or Blu-rays of “Sonne und Beton”

Felix Lobrecht is one of the best-known German comedians of our time. His “Gemischtes Hack” podcast attracts 2 million listeners a week and his most recent comedy tour has sold over 200,000 tickets. So it’s no wonder that the native Berliner is drawn to the cinema screens.

“Sonne und Beton” is based on Lobrecht’s novel of the same name, in which he incorporated some biographical details of his life. Together with director David Wnendt (“Wetlands”) he brought the bestseller to German cinemas. With more than a million viewers and a box office result of 10.3 million euros, the adaptation was also a complete success and won several national film awards.
