Fiorentina hosted Basel in the first match of the UEFA Europa Conference League Semi-Final. Away team Basel defeated Fiorentina 2-1 with a last minute goal.
The home team started the match well and took the lead with Arthur in the 25th minute. Effective in the second half, Basel managed to win the game 2-1 with the goals of Andy Diouf in the 72nd minute and Mohamed Zeki Amdouni’s goals in the 90th minute.
The return leg will be played on Thursday, May 18, in Switzerland.
