U21 national player Maximilian Bauer will switch from Bundesliga soccer club SpVgg Greuther Fürth to league competitor FC Augsburg in the summer.
The 21-year-old has signed a five-year contract with FCA until 2027. Bauer is a free transfer.
“Those responsible at Kleeblatt have tried long and hard to extend the contract, but I decided to take this new step at the end of the season,” said Bauer, who has been playing in Fürth for eight years.
