CD&V is putting forward a plan to get Nazi-looted art back to its rightful owner as much as possible. The party wants to do this on the basis of a dynamic database, proactive provenance research, more cooperation between the states and more attention to commemoration in education, research and in the media, says initiator and Flemish Member of Parliament Katrien Partyka.
