After moving from Florian Wirtz to FC Liverpool, Bayer Leverkusen is looking for reinforcements in the central offensive midfield. A candidate according to “Kicker” and Sky: Malik Tillman from PSV Eindhoven. The 23-year-old is currently participating in the Gold Cup with the US national team-and could play a central role in Leverkusen’s offensive in the future.
Tillman is versatile, recently played not only in the center, but also on the left wing. The right foot was trained at FC Bayern Munich. The offensive player is still under contract in Eindhoven until 2028.
The transfer fee is likely to be over 30 million euros. FC Bayern, who received around twelve million euros from PSV for Tillman in 2024, is also said to have a buyback clause of over 35 million euros.
In the past season, Tillman convinced with strong numbers. In 34 competitive games he came up with 16 goals and five assists.
