In the latest episode of the Elämäni biisi program hosted by Katja Ståhl, the entertainment legend is remembered with music Vesa-Matti Loirin life and career.
The program features guests Armi Toivanen, Olli ÅvenlahtiRea Mauranen, Hannele Lauri and Ilkka Vainio, who have collaborated a lot with the late artist.
In the episode, Toivanen decides to tell the story of how he asked Loir for help with his new home. Toivanen describes Loir as some kind of “seer” and even a “specialist”. Lauri also talks about Loir’s ability to talk about reincarnation and different spirits in the program.
Roaring music
Toivanen and Loir’s friendship began in 2015, when they appeared in a film together I got everything from life. After that, they used to call each other regularly and share news.
– Once I called for reports and Vesku told his own first. He was in his cabin in Ivalo. Then he stopped talking and said: “But Armi, you have a reason why you are calling”, Toivanen recalls in the program.

In the phone call, Toivanen told Loir that he had moved to a new, lovely home. However, not everything was in order in the apartment, because according to Toivanen there was a “really nasty atmosphere”
– The dog runs his tail between his legs from room to room, what’s going on here? Toivanen had asked Loir.
Loiri had listened carefully to Toivanen’s sorrows and asked follow-up questions regarding his new home and place of residence. Loiri promised to investigate the matter in more detail and to call when he has found out what could be wrong with the new home. After that, the call ended.

– Our mutual friend Pete Eklund was with Vesku at the cottage. This call happened in the morning and Pete told me afterwards that the next night Pete had slept upstairs. He had woken up to the muses roaring at full blast in the early hours of the morning. He had gone downstairs and opened the door to Vesku’s room, Toivanen tells his story.
Eklund had asked Loir why he plays music so loud in the middle of the night. Loir had a clear answer to this.
– Shut up, I’m visiting Armi, Toivanen tells Eklund that Loir replied.
After the story, Hannele Lauri asks Toivase if the evil spirits left the apartment after Loir’s actions.
– Apparently, everything calmed down! Toivanen answers with a laugh.
