The Austrian companies of the AnwR Group eG are moving in. On Wednesday, the group announced that the companies AnwR-Garant Austria and Sport 2000 Austria will share a common headquarters in Ohlsdorf in the future. The aim of the merger is to “lift synergies, reduce double structures and to strengthen cooperation,” said the AnwR Group in a message.
The background to the step is the takeover of the Centerzenschaft Zentrasport Österreich eG last year. Her activities have now been integrated into the existing structures of the trade network as Sport 2000 Austria.
With the acquisition of Zentrasport, “two independent companies in Austria were created under the roof of the AnwR Group – combined with two different locations”, according to a statement. This state is now ended by the fact that the company headquarters of the AnwR-Garant Austria GmbH move to the building complex in Ohlsdorf, which is already used by Sport 2000 Austria.
Andreas Mayer, the managing director of AnwR-Garant Austria GmbH, welcomed the measure. “The decision for Ohlsdorf as a new central headquarters is a consistent step on our way to the future,” he said in a statement. “We create a strong surgical basis, promote the cross -sector, exchange and increase the power of our organization.”
