The Flanders Red Cross has launched a new training tool for its students in Brussels. It is a training manikin with female anatomy for his First Aid training. “There are indications in the scientific literature that women are resuscitated less quickly than men,” says Bert Van Driessche, Red Cross Flanders Brussels Capital manager. “If we can ensure that women are helped more quickly with this training dummy, we should do that.”
