Participant (23) of the Utrecht marathon died a few days after running competition

A participant who took part in the Utrecht marathon last Sunday died a few days after the running race. This is confirmed by a spokesperson for Utrecht University, who, in consultation with the parents, shared that he studied at Utrecht University. The university does not share further information to protect privacy.
