The Fusion Festival 2026 starts on June 24th in Lärz. Here you can find out everything about tickets, arrival by train or car and what you need to know about the weather.

From Wednesday, June 24th, the time has come: the Fusion Festival opens the gates of the former Soviet military airfield in Lärz. With 40 stages and over 3,300 different acts, thousands are already looking forward to the festival, which expressly represents anti-right values.

Tickets

If you were looking forward to the festival but haven’t gotten your tickets yet, you’ll unfortunately have to wait until the year after next. Because the Fusion Festival is taking a creative break in 2027 and is sold out this year. So that Fusion can remain true to its values as a tolerant and sustainable festival, the number of tickets is always below 70,000 – and access to purchase those tickets is raffled off. If you haven’t had any luck so far, you’ll either have to wait a year or check the Fusion Festival ticket exchange. However, ticket allocation takes place dynamically there.

line-up

This year’s line-up will be spectacular – at least that’s what we assume. The festival always only announces an official line-up once the festival begins. While the big DJ line-ups haven’t been released yet, you can already look forward to many announced bands.

Among others, the following acts will play: Baran Kok, Chefket, Josi Miller, Ho99o9, SLIFT, Slomosa, Die Knopf, Gaye Su Akyol, Jimi Tenor and Fulu Miziki.

You can read the full program directly in the Fusion Festival app and mark the best acts so you don’t lose track.

Arrival

If you want to celebrate at the former airfield, you should definitely not arrive in an old military helicopter. Far better options for getting to the festival site are train and car. By car, take the A24 to the A19 towards Rostock, exit 18 (Röbel), then the B198 towards Neustrelitz and after Vietzen turn right to Lärz.

If you want to travel by train, you should be prepared for crowded trains. It is recommended to take trains as early as possible to arrive. The destination station is Neustrelitz, from where shuttle buses run to the festival site. Due to the high demand, the railway is providing two trains from Berlin Gesundbrunnen directly to Neustrelitz on Wednesday. The first one leaves at 10:09 a.m., the second at 1:09 p.m. – assuming everything goes well.

Weather

The weather will be very hot, reaching up to 35 degrees, which is why it is important to remember to protect yourself from the sun and drink plenty of water. Anyone who is well hydrated and has made it to the festival site despite possible train delays can look forward to several days of festival.

Why, after decades of highs and lows, is Iggy Pop now revered and loved like never before? Our cover story about the “Godfather of Punk” provides the answer. The issue exclusively includes a vinyl single with live versions of “The Passenger” and “Lust For Life”, recorded during the 2023 concert at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
