The new members of the House of Representatives will be installed today, including seven from Drenthe. Six of them are newcomers to The Hague.
Not everyone lives in our province anymore, but Drenthe MPs still feel connected to the region. Below, get to know the Drenthe people who will represent the North of the country in the House of Representatives.
We start with Renate den Hollander. Den Hollander has been a member of the Westerveld municipal council since 2014. Where she first worked as a councilor, then as party leader and later as an alderman. Now she is exchanging municipal politics for national politics.
