The British cyclist Ben Turner won the 4th stage of the Vuelta. He prevailed in the target sprint in Voiron.
The driver from the Ineos Greadiers team won Jasper Philipsen and Edward Plankaert (both team Alpecin-Deceuninck) in front of the Belgiers.
