“As the city council of Roermond, we feel a responsibility to help these people. There is a national crisis, in which we have to act quickly,” says mayor Rianne Donders. “As indicated by mayors in the last Security Council, we assume that a structural solution will soon be found nationally for the reception of asylum seekers.”
