To start… who is behind NexoPsico?
We are Graduate Emilce Gauna, with specialization in clinical area, psychodiagnosis and Neurocognitive evaluation. Official expert. How did it come about PsychoNexus?
Our professional present arose from a shared need: find a middle (and healthy) point between obligations and personal enjoyment.
After receiving our degree in Psychology from the UBA, we spent several years in work environments (public and private) where demands and lack of time were the norm. This rhythm led us to ask ourselves if it was possible to work in a healthier and more humane way. The answer was yes, and that’s how it came about NexoPsycho.
This search, together with the experience of more than 10 years of clinical care in the office, led us to take a broader look at the relationship between people and their jobs: we understood that well-being boosts productivity.
When a person feels comfortable and can organize their time in a healthy way, they work with greater focus, commitment and creativity. The same thing happens in teams: environments that prioritize mental health not only reduce burnout, but increase motivation and sustainable results over time.
How can you help those who come to you?
Today we focus on generating spaces to support both people and work teams to find that balance. We created the “mental well-being, sustainable success” program designed so that in a short period of time this problem can be specifically worked on, providing theoretical and practical tools to modify the routine.
We seek for NexoPsico to be a reference point in mental health and work well-being, where psychology comes closer to everyday life and helps build healthier and more sustainable environments.
What makes NexoPsico a different proposal?
What differentiates us is the consistency between what we say and what we do. We promote rest, organization and limits as pillars of well-being, and we also apply them in our professional practice. We enjoy our work while we can travel, have leisure spaces and carry out activities that promote our mental health.
We know that accompanying others implies, first, maintaining our own balance. Therefore, we work with a personalized view, trusting in the processes and the power of small, sustained changes.

What did the path traveled leave you?
We learned that professional development not only involves setting yourself challenges, but also enjoying the journey.
We want NexoPsico to represent that: a way of understanding work from commitment and sustained growth, without leaving aside personal well-being.
