Gynecologist Jos Beek fathered at least 21 children with his own sperm in the 1970s and 1980s. He is the third Dutch fertility doctor to be guilty of this. Clinical embryologist Max Curfs warns against jumping to conclusions: ‘Don’t immediately dismiss someone like that as a one-dimensional crook.’
