“If unconventional music had three pairs of eyes, it would look like Joe Newman, Gus Unger-Hamilton and Thom Green,” writes Das Tempelhof Sounds about his act, which will be on stage on Saturday evening from 6:30 p.m. What is meant is the band Alt-J, which consists of just those musicians. “Each album by the three Leedsers grows steadily with each listen, shifting from sound level to sound level and always presenting new details that you hadn’t discovered before.” Exactly this phenomenon can also be experienced live, because the catchy songs are played on stage played, the artists often tease out further nuances, emphasize details and thus give their tracks even more depth.

Tempelhof Sounds: A festival that celebrates the love of indie
Tempelhof Sounds is definitely a festival to talk about rock and alternative line-up: In addition to Alt-J, The Strokes, Two Door Cinema Club, The Libertines, Florence + The Machine, Muse, Maximo Park, Interpol, Johnossi and numerous other well-known music greats will also perform. All this will take place from June 10th to 12th, 2022 on the former airport site at Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin.
