Simone Corbetta and Rodolfo Palermo

November 2 – 7.29pm – MILAN

Nice comeback from Savino del Bene Scandicci, on the seventh day of the A1 women’s championship, who in Novara, down 2-0, comeback to win the tie break which however leaves Conegliano alone at the top with 20 points while the Tuscans stop at 19. Wednesday at 8.30pm the recovery of the fourth day with Conegliano hosting Milan

Igor Gorgonzola Novara-savino del bene scandicci 2-3 (25-22, 25-19, 27-29, 13-25, 11-15)

Match forbidden to heart patients at PalaIgor, with Scandicci achieving an incredible success in the tiebreak and confirming itself as the second force of the championship. Novara, however, eats their hands, because ahead 2-0 and 21-18 thanks to serve and block they are unable to close. Gaspari, however, turns the team around with substitutions (excellent inclusion of Franklin), and the usual Antropova, MVP, drags her teammates to a crazy success, with Novara disappearing into the wall (0 in the last two sets).

Novara: Herbots, Ishikawa and Igiede 18 points, Muri team 9 (Igiede 5), Ace team 8 (Igiede 4, Alsmeier 3).

Scandicci: Antropova 26 points, Muri team 10, Ace team 1.

numia vero volleyball milan-Wash4green Monviso Volley 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-18)

Milan takes care of the Monviso practice in 80 minutes, achieving their fourth home victory by 3 points, first at the Allianz Cloud, in as many games. Lavarini’s team slows down only in the first set (from 18-10 to 20-20), but otherwise it is always loose in attack, helped by the usual Egonu, MVP Danesi and the entrances of Piva and Cagnin. For Monviso, without D’Odorico (flu) and Moro (muscle strain), Malual did well, while Davyskiba failed.

Milan: Egonu 19 points, Muri team 5, Ace team 6.

Monviso: Malual 14 points, Muri team 6, Ace team 2.

Megabox Ondulati Del Savio Vallefoglia-Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 1-3 (25-19, 15-25, 23-25, 22-25)

Three-point away victory for Chieri who conquers the Pala Megabox after a far from easy match. Down in the first set, Negro’s girls did well to recover and win the match. Excellent spirit in the containment and defense phase (Mvp), Nervini (18 points), Dambrink (15) and Kunzler (15) in finishing. Bikes are not enough for Vallefoglia (18) which today appeared not very precise. Chieri extends the gap from her pursuers, firmly maintaining fifth place at 14 points. Vallefoglia remains ninth with 9 points.

Vallefoglia: Bike 18 points, team blocks 10, team aces 3

Chieri: Kokkonen 22 points, team blocks 12, team aces 3.

Eurotek Laica Uyba bust arsizio-Cbf Balducci Hr Macerata 1-3 (24-26, 25-13, 22-25, 19-25)

Three fundamental points for Macerata who defeats Uyba 3-1 at the E-Work Arena. The Marche team seems to have hit the right gear, given the good play they have shown since the start of the championship. There was a slip only in the second set, where Busto’s superiority was clear. The usual scorer Kokkonen (22 points with 50%) and Decortes (19) did well, with a special mention for Bonelli, awarded as MVP. Both teams did well in reception (above 55%). Obossa did very well for Barbolini’s girls with 26 points on the scoresheet with 62% in attack. Macerata was more fouled than the hosts (28 errors to 19), but despite this Cbf Balducci rose to 11 in seventh place in the championship. Tenth Bust at 6.

Busto Arsizio: Obossa 26 points, team blocks 1, team aces 4 (3 Obossa)

Macerata: Kokkonen 22 points, team blocks 9 (4 Mazzon), team aces 3.

il bisonte florence-Bartoccini-Mc Restauri Perugia 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-22)

First 3-point success of the season for Florence, which climbs into the playoff zone and can dream. The 3-0 over Perugia came from working well on the serve (with Acciarri) and in blocking, and with Morello sending four teammates into double figures including MVP Zuccarelli. For Perugia, there are still too many offensive difficulties, with Gardini and Markovic shouldering the burden of the attack (too many fouls) with a reception that was at times too dancerly and a serve that was not very sharp.

Florence: Knollema 15 points, Muri team 7, Ace team 4 (Acciarri 4).

Perugia: Gardini 17 points, Muri team 2, Ace team 1.

Omag-Mt San Giovanni In Marignano-Honda Cuneo Granda Volley 3-0 (33-31, 25-21, 25-13)

A fairytale Sunday for San Giovanni in Marignano who, within the friendly walls of the Cervia Palasport, found their first victory in the championship, after seven games, 3-0 against Cuneo. Three points in the standings are fundamental in terms of survival, after a very fierce first set which ended with the advantage (33-31) and the other two managed by the girls from Bellano. Brancher (14 points), Piovesan and Caruso (10) did well in attack. A bitter defeat for the Cats, certainly conditioned by the progress of the first set. Bad in attack (36%), Diop is unable to scratch as usual. Many errors from the visiting sextet (26), especially in the first set (11).

S. Giovanni in M.no: Brancher 14 points, team blocks 7, team aces 6

Wedge: Diop 12 points, team blocks 5, team aces 6 (3 Diop).
