What is Holistic and to whom it is dedicated

Holistic is a free dissemination project created to bring well-being. Edition after edition it is increasingly enriched and expanded to give a clear and complete vision to those who want to approach the holistic world. “We live in a world where we are inundated with information. We get inputs everywhere and we can hardly manage to channel them correctly to make them ours. The end result is to be more and more confused and disoriented. This is how I felt when I approached a radical change in my lifestyle, “he explains Claudia Zannini, Naturopath and creator of the project and Instagram profile @vitalmentebio, which has over 32,000 followers.

Vegetarian diet, don’t talk about “detox”: that’s why

«After finishing my Naturopathy studies, I wrote an article in 2016″ three weeks detox “in which I advised how to organize a 21-day path to regain well-being. When in 2020 I started the collaboration with Doctor Manuela Rigo we decided to change our name. Detox is an overused word and is often associated with restrictive diets or meal replacement drinks.

There is none of this in the program. The the recipes proposed are healthy, varied, simple and use seasonal ingredients. Hence the name Holistic, for a project dedicated to a holistic view of the person. Edition after edition is increasingly expanded with the collaboration of various expert professionals in the sector. Holistica’s claim is “we deserve to be well” and the purpose is spread awareness»Explains the Naturopath.

What are the basic principles of Holistics

“We are increasingly disconnected from our real needs. This is the cause of our unhappiness. No.n food we often vent our frustrations, our inability to manage emotions, our shortcomings. We are sucked into whirlwind of our daily commitments and we look outside for the answers that are already within us.

The Principle of Holistic is act on all aspects of our life. Not just food, not only thephysical activity but also the deep connection with us themselves, to find our center and take awareness of the enormous power we have within us. A wellness project must have multiple approaches: for this reason the circle of professionals who make their skills available is expanding more and more. Each of them contributes to giving one global vision of well-being. We are all wonderfully different and there is no magic formula that can solve every problem. Everyone must have the tools to achieve their own personal lifestyle for life ”, explains Claudia Zannini.

Vegetarian diet, how does the 21-day course work?

«Each season has its Holistic. Path lasts 21 days and is shared on the Instagram channel. We publish daily food for thought, recipes, direct and we are available for answer doubts and questions.

People feel more motivated and supported in following a shared path. Finished the three weeks we continue with a new awareness of the power of food on our body and you adopt one healthy lifestyle. When we have a clear vision of how to eat, we can peacefully sit at the table enjoying what we want.
