The last practice session of the Mexican GP gave a strong promise of the striking ability of the Alfa Romeo team.

Valtteri Bottas was again sixth fastest on the short Hermanos Rodríguez circuit. They only succeeded better than the Finns Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Sergio Perez, George Russell and Oscar Piastri.

For example, the Ferrari duo Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were only found in the 13th and 15th places.

The pace is so good that fans are justified in waiting for a seat in the last part of the time trial.

Bottas was also in a strong position in Friday’s second practice, where he was also sixth fastest. On Saturday, the Finn took to the track first, but saved his best move for the last lap.

The starting order of the Mexican GP will be decided in the qualifying session starting at midnight Finnish time.
