US Permanent Representative to the OSCE compared talks on security guarantees with tango – RBK

Both sides should participate in a dialogue with Russia on security in Europe, like in a tango, said Michael Carpenter, US Resident Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), at a briefing.

“We are ready for this discussion, but tango takes two. We need a partner who is willing to participate in the discussion of these issues, ”he said (quoted from TASS).
