Both sides should participate in a dialogue with Russia on security in Europe, like in a tango, said Michael Carpenter, US Resident Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), at a briefing.
“We are ready for this discussion, but tango takes two. We need a partner who is willing to participate in the discussion of these issues, ”he said (quoted from TASS).
According to the permanent representative, the United States is ready to discuss with Russia the expansion of mechanisms to build confidence and reduce risks.
