Unprecedented hard statement about our country: The Netherlands may no longer return single male asylum seekers to Belgium

The Dutch Minister of Asylum and Migration may not return single male asylum seekers to Belgium, the Dutch Council of State judges Wednesday. Normally, European countries can send asylum seekers back to the country where they were the first to report. But in our country, according to the council, there is a risk that these men will not be provided with “their most basic necessities” of a bed, bath and bread.
