UN rapporteur: ’60 million vaccine doses could lift North Korea out of isolation’

The delivery of 60 million doses of corona vaccines could act as leverage to open North Korea. That is the view of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in North Korea. As North Korea closed its borders due to the corona pandemic, the country is more isolated than ever, said Tomas Ojea Quintana in Seoul, South Korea today.
