“Udalenka” in Moscow has been extended until April 1, and this is not a joke

Decree of the Mayor of Moscow in the capital until April 1 This year, the remote work mode has been extended. Previously, this period was supposed to end on February 25.

Beginning Monday, January 24, virtually all organizations in the capital are required to telecommute at least 30 percent of their staff. At the same time, all employees over 60 years of age, as well as those with chronic diseases, must go home.

Experts say that these are more than benign requirements. However, there are a number of exceptions. So, citizens who have been ill with coronavirus no more than six months ago can continue to work on the spot. This also applies to vaccinated employees.

Much depends on the types of activities of organizations. Pharmacies and hospitals, grocery and essential goods stores, emergency services, production facilities with a continuous technological process, as well as organizations that deal with emergency repairs will continue to operate as usual. Day-to-day logistics, such as grocery stores, must also remain uninterrupted.
