Extortion and possession of weapons
The other 19-year-old man gets a year and a half in prison. His sentence is higher because this man extorted someone in March during an appointment via Marktplaats. He went there with two others to buy a scooter, but then pulled a weapon, loaded it and pointed it to the seller of the scooter. The keys were taken away and the scooter was taken.
In addition to complicit in the shooting, he was also found guilty of extortion and possession of weapons.
