Tragic accident due to deviated rocket? Increasing evidence that Ukraine itself is responsible for the missile strike on the market in Kostjantynivka

There is increasing evidence that Ukraine itself is responsible for a rocket strike on the market of the Ukrainian city of Kostjantynivka. Research by ‘The New York Times’ shows that the rocket, which hit on September 6, came from the northwest, i.e. from territory fully controlled by Ukraine. According to the American newspaper, the attack, which killed seventeen people, was not caused by the Russians, but was a “tragic accident” – caused by a Ukrainian missile that deviated from its path. Ukrainian authorities reject the claim.
