Now Kardashian’s personal trainer Senada Greca reveals with a Tiktok video what the celebrity beauty’s butt workout is like.

The workout starts with a warm-up and a foam roller massage, after which the program of 7 movements begins. Greca wrote the detailed instructions for the workout in the caption of the video.

1. Scallop movement with weight – 16 reps x 3 sets for both sides

2. Step squats with a rubber band – 12 repetitions x 3 sets for each side

3. Belt squats – 12 repetitions x 4 sets + 12 repetitions “drop set”

4. Hip extensions – 12 repetitions x 4 sets

5. Deadlifts – 12 repetitions x 4 sets

6. Hip extension – 12 reps x 4 sets + end of 8 half reps

7. Sumo walking with a rubber band – 30 repetitions
