“This can and will happen again tomorrow”: forensic psychiatrist sounds the alarm after the recidivism too much

Four psychiatric institutions refused to admit Dave De Kock. He wanted to be treated for drug use, in the hope of parole. They refused him because of the serious facts and his personality. So he served his year sentence until the last day and returned to society with his problem. “This can and will happen again tomorrow,” says psychiatrist Nils Verbeeck.
