“In Russia, for a long time, scary pictures have been placed on cigarette packs that warn about the dangers of using nicotine products. I think we should do the same with alcohol, ”he said.
According to Khamzaev, the image of the possible consequences of alcohol consumption should occupy about 65-70% of the packaging area. In addition, the inscription “Alcohol kills in any quantity” should be placed on it, the parliamentarian said. Such measures are necessary to protect citizens, the deputy concluded.
