The sick confession of the murderer from the TV tower

“He made a mistake, I punished him,” says Ali R. (22). The Pakistani killed a man on Alexanderplatz with a wooden beam. Now he is before the court.

District Court, Room 501. The trained chef came to Germany six years ago. Got a Duldung. On the morning of October 8, 2021, BSR men found the bloodied corpse of a Vietnamese man (27) under the television tower near the trick fountains. Someone had crushed his skull, broken the bones of both arms.

“I was intoxicated,” says the accused. “That was my mistake, but he started it! Insulted my mother, wanted to take something away from me. I beg your pardon. I had a bad day.”

He passed the time doing nothing, hanging around at Alexanderplatz. “People know me on Alexanderplatz, I’m a nice person,” says Ali R. and emphasizes: “I drank vodka. I drank whiskey. I drank beer. I took spice and cocaine.”

Judge: “What was the argument with the man about?” Answer: “Don’t know.” Judge: “What did he want to take away?” Answer: “Don’t know, he sat next to me on the bench.” Judge: “Why did you hit it with the wooden beam?” Answer: “I didn’t have a knife. Just grabbed something that was lying around and slapped him across the face. He fell down. I went.” Judge: “The man was half a head shorter than you!” Answer: “But he was older than me!”

Giao H. tried in vain to fend off the blows. Arms and skulls were shattered, and in addition to numerous tooth losses, he choked on his own blood.
