The Ministry of Internal Affairs showed a video of the arrest of the alleged killer of the deputy of the Koverninsky district, Valentin Rozin. The car with the 39-year-old suspect was stopped in Nizhny Novgorod by traffic police officers.
According to preliminary information, the detainee worked in the deputy’s company, there was a conflict between them. Valentin Rozin received a gunshot wound to the liver and later died.
The issue of choosing the detainee as a preventive measure is being resolved.
