The last Beatles concert in the stream

53 years have passed since the last Beatles concert. Now the soundtracks of the “Rooftop Concert” have been remixed in stereo and Dolby Atmos and can here be streamed.

On January 30, 1969, The Beatles performed live on the roof of Apple’s headquarters on London’s Savile Row. The performance was planned as part of the Let It Be movie, but it was also to be the Brits’ last concert.

Review: “Get Back”:

In November 2021, the recordings were finally re-released in Peter Jackson’s three-part Beatles documentary Get Back. Now the audio tracks of the performance can also be heard independently in a new audio mix.

The tracklist of the new release:

  1. “Get Back” (Take 1)
  2. “Get Back” (Take 2)
  3. “Don’t Let Me Down” (Take 1)
  4. “I’ve Got A Feeling” (Take 1)
  5. “One After 909”
  6. “Dig A Pony”
  7. Jam/excerpt of “God Save The Queen” (tape change interlude)
  8. “I’ve Got A Feeling” (Take 2)
  9. “Don’t Let Me Down” (Take 2)
  10. “Get Back” (Take 3)

To complement Jackson’s Beatles documentary, a multimedia exhibit will also be shown at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame starting March 18, 2022. Here, fans can immerse themselves in the rehearsals and sessions of the Beatles during the recording of the album “Let it Be”. Large format projections of the Rooftop Concert will also be on display, as well as the Fab Four’s original instruments, clothing and handwritten lyrics. “Get Back” will be released on Blu-ray soon.
