Rosstat found an additional trillion in income of Russians
Rosstat revised the methodology for calculating data on the monetary incomes of Russians for 2020, saying that according to the results of the recalculation, they turned out to be higher than previously thought. The articles that the department has mainly revised are property income, social benefits receipts and other cash receipts.
- Property receipts were increased by 34.6%, mainly due to the payment of dividends to citizens, from 2.7 trillion to about 3.7 trillion rubles, that is, almost 1 trillion, Rosstat explained to RBC.
