The US and Europe should impose sanctions on Russia before the invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said in a interview BBC.
“It seems to me that the response to a hybrid attack could also be hybrid. I am sure that the United States and the United Kingdom, together with European partners, could do more for our defense,” Reznikov said.
