The administration building of the Kievsky district of Donetsk was mined, the explosives were destroyed on the spot, declared in the Ministry of State Security (MGB) of the self-proclaimed Donetsk Republic (DNR).
The department claims that “Ukrainian special services” were involved in the incident.

On February 1, an anonymous message about mining was received by e-mail, after which law enforcement officers and the Ministry of Emergency Situations evacuated those in the building, they said in the DPR.
When checking the building in one of the premises, an improvised explosive device was found, consisting of four 400 g TNT blocks and four electric detonators, as well as striking elements. It was triggered by a call to a mobile phone, the MGB said.
