Animal defenders threaten the security of Russia and are a foreign project aimed at “destroying Russians with the help of dogs.” About this agency “Chita.Ru” declared Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Trans-Baikal Territory Alexander Mikhailov. Earlier in this region, a seven-year-old girl died from the bites of stray dogs.
“These people [зоозащитники] not only threaten Russia’s security, but undermine it. We need to figure out where they get the money for their activities, for lobbying their interests. It seems to me that this is some kind of foreign project aimed at the destruction of Russians with the help of dogs, ”said Mikhailov.
In his opinion, for animal rights activists who do not allow the killing of stray dogs, it is necessary to introduce punishment at the legislative level – “to put up against the wall”.
Experts have proposed ways to solve the problem of trapping stray dogs
The deputy noted that about 30 thousand rubles are spent on sterilization and treatment of dogs in the shelter, but this does not guarantee that the animal will not be able to attack people.
