“We have a plan, especially for the current embassies, we plan to appoint an ambassador in Moscow, we will appoint him. This is a diplomatic step. Embassies and consulates are important for diplomatic relations, and we are cooperating in this, ”Mujahid said.
He did not specify when the ambassador would be appointed, and added that the movement has not yet received conditions from Russia for the recognition of the government formed by the Taliban. According to him, such a step will contribute to the development of relations and trust, in particular, with the United States.
