The body was found after a report of a suitcase in the water was reported Monday afternoon. The body was found during the search for the suitcase. It is not known whether the person may have been in the suitcase, in the water or if it was found on the side.
Police say they are looking for witnesses who may have seen suspicious situations in the area where the person was found. People who may have camera images of this are also called on to report.
