Not long, then the time has come: The mega success “Stranger Things” ends with eight episodes in the fifth season. The series of Duffer brothers is one of the most successful productions by the streaming provider Netflix. Via Instagram, Ross Duffer now shares a contribution that makes the fans brood.

These are the titles of the first episodes
The pictures in the Instagram post show the titles of the first two episodes of the upcoming season “Stranger Things” on a large screen. Chapter 1 bears the name “The Crawl”, while the second chapter receives the title “The Vanishing of …”. However, the latter is only partially legible, because part of the title has been painted over and provided with a question mark.
Translated into German, the second title means “the disappearance of …”, although the name of the figure concerned was presumably made. In the picture description, Ross Duffer jokingly writes: “Yes, yes, you think you know who blah blah.” He also lets the fans know that the first two episodes are already completed, mixed, mixed, set to music, colored and thus finished.

The series makers also give further insights into the new season. According to his own statement, “The Crawl” is her favorite success and at the same time the most eventful since the very first season. Ross Duffer also reveals more for the second episode. It contains a scene that they are particularly proud of this season. The reason for this is apparently the opener of the episode, which according to the Duffer is “by far the craziest cold open” that they have ever turned.
Season 5 appears in three parts
To the dismay of the fans, Duffer is not allowed to provide any precise information about the length of the episodes, but announces that it will probably make up for this at a later date.
The final eight episodes of “Stranger Things” are published in three parts. Volume 1 will be released on November 27, 2025, Volume 2 follows on December 26th. The large series finale will be broadcast on January 1, 2026. All episodes are unlocked worldwide at 5:00 p.m. PST.
