In my opinion, in this position VAR should have called the referee to watch. You call, let the referee of the match decide. Are you running the match or the referee of the match? But unfortunately, these things are going to a disgrace in Turkey now. There is a voice in every head, the rules change while the match is being played, not in the match but in the federation.
