Ski association nominates starters for skiathlon

Zhangjiakou (dpa) – The German cross-country skiers Lucas Bögl, Jonas Dobler, Friedrich Moch and Florian Notz are contesting the skiathlon at the Winter Olympics in China.

This emerges from the squad announced by the German Ski Association (DSV) on Friday. The Germans are not among the favorites in the race over 2 x 15 kilometers in Zhangjiakou on Sunday from 8 a.m. (ZDF and Eurosport). In the skiathlon, half of the distance is completed in freestyle and the other half in skating technique.
